Absolutely fraud and illiterate people sitting in higher positions who don't even know how to write an email but they behave like you are their personal servant. The worst part is that the company is completely dependent on those people and don't want new talents. Horrible salary structure and deductions, it's like getting stuck with the job. Extreme office politics and horrible work culture.
