In my 10 years experience in KIET,I would not found anything whoch I dislike about organisation.

Work Details

I learnt many things in KIET group of institutions. I have worked in different team and handle lots of work as a team leader.I hqve also learnt new things under the supervision of more experienced faculties.I love to work at this place.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
