Plant set up is very bad. Employees behave like thugs. There is no growth in the company. There is a proper nexus within the Kris Group. Only a certain set of people who have drinks and party together rule the whole company. You literally have to follow the instructions of the Plant head there is no creativity and growth you can expect in this company.
