Only the salary delay but I can manage my salary as per the timelines being credited to the account so it is not hampering my life that much as others have stated. One should know you only grow if the company grows. If you want a 40% hike in appraisal you will have to give 200% worth to the company.

Work timings is 9 hour fix with no flexibility, even leaving before a single second counted as half day, micro- management is next level you can’t even think of. HR manipulate policies as per their wish, they make policies to harass employee.
