this company is working like big family, so there is very helping attitude from everybody from top to all employees, you can tell anything to top boss in india and all discussion happens in positive way.

Dislikes

advantage here is also become disadvantage as there is no proper system so all discussion happens but if you need to get something done then it is very difficult. there is always unclarity about incentives for sales guys in the team,.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
