Although there is job security, there is no incentive to perform better. Management doesn’t officially acknowledge any accomplishments nor provide any incentives to work beyond the bare minimum. Work life balance is a hit or miss depending of your experience level and there is no overtime or compensation for working on weekends when required....Read More
