1) Lot of politics 2) tons of blame culture 3) No support from management 4)high staff turnover because of non supportive management 5)One of the aggressive human resources department who intentionally stops your settlements 6) Yediyur plant manager is so aggressive that he literally writes unprofessional language in mails to employees under him ,keeping direct of company in CC and management don't even bother about such mails 7)Country HR MANAGER instead of working as a HR acts like a politician 8)They will force all new employees to write a 3yr bond which won't be present in offer letter 9)This company basically does Operations and Maintenance of Government LPG plants and management won't even support you when there's a problem from client , all they want is profit no respect to employees 10) Work pressure is so high , even a healthy person suffers from High BP because of work...Read More

Very Bad , there's no proper duty roaster for employees and they will force you to work on Sunday's with no extra pay.
