It's been the worst decision of my life to work in a company owned by a egoistic person and his family. Here you can never rejuvenate, it's a one man show. Moreover, salaries are the biggest concerns, never on time and if you will ask about it they will start torturing you and nevertheless you will be forced to resign for the sake of fake reputation of owner.

Dislikes

The only good thing about the job is you will struggle for everything and this will help you to adjust in harsh situations.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
