No job stability l, Specially seniors asks for special favours especially from female employees like us for promotion and growth in career. Specially in kolkata branch office we regularly hear words e.g."b*k* c*oda, b@r*, khan**, Ren** by branch head S. Mukher*** while calling his subordinates regularly. Branch head has very less patience level uses slags every now and then and also known for abusing his juniors. hR has no role to play in this instead they turn deaf ear to all such complaints l made by any employee.
