Salary is on time and decent.

Office politics and favouritism prevails. Inspite of getting nominated for best sales performer of the year, i have seen them asking to put down paper. Culture of Kolkata branch is pathetic, people gets promoted by favouritism and Nepotism and good performers are either leaving or looking for job already specially in Sales. In short work culture is toxic unless they change the mid level managers.

Fake women empowerment agendas, in real no women is satisfied working in company, gender imbalance due to poor work atmosphere, some higher management staff lives in 19th century and thinks hiring women will hamper the work, and some thinks since husband is working wife's job is not of much importance.
