I worked 2015-2020 in Kone at Bangalore. Had good experience and good learning. But one thing please give opportunities who leave the companies without follow Company rules because all time not good for anyone. I lost my job in corona time.World fully fear for Corona also me that time I give resignation due to fearing for corona. Same time I can't give proper resignation for company HR ask 81000rs to debit kone account but I can't because same time I married and I can't work 3 months due to corona fear. Please change the policy who left the without proper resignation. Please change like this atleast 2 or 5 years don't give opportunity to join for KONE who left the company without proper resignation.
