Poor work culture, No Training / KT will be given to new joiners and straight away they will push you into urgent works. All the work they assign will be in urgent basis and no buffer time will be given for us to study and understand the work. Work from Home is considered as a sin by this management. The Promotion and Compensation system is below average here. There are people who have been working for years and yet not been promoted. Komatsu India Chennai plant currently is mostly hiring people on Contractual basis.
