Long working hours, stressful work hours that extend beyond shifts and no overtime given for it, personal issues and genuine problems are casually looked over and are not considered, negatives outweigh the positives, very unprofessional HR department, their offer letter is not updated, any questions put forth to the authority is overlooked and the employee is told that they've things under discretion which make no sense, no experience letter is provided and the relieving letter is of no use since they mention their disappointment towards our hardwork.
