Salary comes on time. If you are taking trainings, and your productivity is good, no one will say anything. Plus diwali bonus after 1 year is 50% salary and after 2 years 100% salary.

Management is not open for feedbacks even if a policy is exploiting and discriminative. The part of your salary package booked for internal trainings and certifications is never used. You don't get any trainings nor your certification requests will be approved by manager until it is a client requirement to have a certified trainer. Then you have to clear an exam in 2 days. So during joining they say your package has 2 lakhs for training which you can't cash but only redeem certification, but in the last year they only let me redeem 2 certificates worth cost 8000 rs only. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
