Managers are helpful in all departments. Pay benefits are there for you if your are one of the best in the team based on your quarterly performance and manager's recommendation.

Dislikes

Annual appraisal is poor both in terms of promotion in your work profile and salary. This case is almost similar for publishing companies like Techbooks. No equal recognition for being in a team in terms of promotions or payroll. No career guidelines or guidance to be hopeful if you stay for long. No meetings to encourage employees and guide them. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
