1.On time salary. 2. HR manager( Sangeetha ) she is best at her work , anytime you contact her she will respond without hesitate. Thank you Sangeetha 😊 . 3. Friendly security/receptionist. 4. Very good company for girls/married women with low level skill set.

1. No proper systems 2. Poor maintenance 3. Late appraisals ( No one will bother about you even your TL .) 4. No dayshift for male candidates. 5. No meetings or development programs ( They never bother about employee he/she. They only bother about profit (Funny thing is management not even providing Tea to save money 🤣)) 6.No care er growth, skill ( you will get bored with same process for years same xl ( not even Microsoft excel ) . Old systems mostly 3 hand ( CEO bought from scrap shop)) 7. Worst senior hr (Bharat Kumar) he never responds to your calls/email even directly also he avoids to listen your concerns. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
