Get chance to learn machine manufacturing process though due to non-standardized practice everything is messy here. Good for fresher only that too for 1-2 years. No growth opportunities at all.

From name this seems german MNC but no MNC culture at all. Company culture is just like some GIDC local MSME company culture. No global exposure, company has no long term vision or any policy. No same company policy for everyone. Stringent policy gets liberal once you spend more years here. Assistant managers have no say or not involvement, everything is managed by the ONE person only. School Head master type of culture you'll get here. When head master is absent everyone gets free and nobody does any work....Read More

I worked as an apprentice in this company for one year. I got to learn a lot there. But due to some misunderstanding, I had to leave after finishing my apprenticeship. I had a lot of fun working in the company for a year. The nature of all the staff of the company there is very simple. There are all honest people. Provides all the facilities of safety there.
