I don't know what is for liking.

They wants us to change the diapers and feed the children which is very shameful for the respective teachers. if they wants teachers to do these kinda work so why r they hiring nannies???? And the poor thing is that they wants only admissions..that don't respect the teachers...very sad.

Not good behavior also they don't know how to handle a teacher and talk (cordinator )and Cd ( center director) behavior in cyber park Gurgaon. They both works under the instigation of each other and maintains a team and her own also judge people and their character according to their thinking! Not understanding in team work only verbally says ..

Do not like people there selfishness and judge to all by their own thinking.

You get to be around beautiful innocent souls and our CD and CL is too supportive. If you face any problem you will always be helped. And when it comes to your health our CD and CL will be the first one to say that take rest get well soon and come back.

It's a 9 hour job and there are no vacation kind of concept in here. Yes there are leaves which you can take but you have to pre plan for it.

There was freedom to implement new ideas but that was due to my manager’s vision.. not sure if it was so in other regions too.

Exit policies are fraud. If you can’t serve notice period then they charge you money but if you are ready to serve notice period then they relieve you immediately without paying you for your notice period.

Manager is very unprofessional and rude with the team, only focus in making money from the client at cost of employees suffering. No appreciation and promotion. Pretend as corporate company but in reality it's a lala company, no work life balance no growth and learning.
