Best for learning new program skill related about work and good work environment culture

Dislikes

There is no humanity at work only poltics on new joining trainers and salary gives very less and no fastly career growth

Work Details

On job slightly interesting my work there is no new ideas about work but learn himself and getting new ideas with teammates

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
