Located in main road in kilpauk

Dislikes

All days working including saturdays. Sunday is holiday. Temprement of doc is unpredictable and he is short tempered. Lot of politics among staff.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
