Good work and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management I'd transparent. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every years.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address air issues salary is decent but career broth is slo.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
