Monday to Friday, timings comfortable, half an hour buffer for late marks... flexibility of working at your own level if you are love in self dependent work...

Chatuguri at management, partiality in promotion and hiring too. Lobby everywhere of reservation catagory staff, hardly any faculty will respect non teaching staff Unless the non teaching staff does show business of work done for 10%and showing as 109% taking credit alone. In my case, I was overqualified when joined the organisation... so none including frequently changing Boss could give me any promotion, designation growth, monetary growth as per appraisals, but he is keen about showing his works ... Getting done by me and forwarding from boss 's email address is the work culture in KJSCE. Union is supporting only pity case staff who are not judged on any parameters whether they deserve it... but because their previous generation has served the KJSCE.... they get readymade position and then these class 4 people creates politics and nonsense environment around you. No reporting authority is monitoring this cheap behaviour... If you make voice... You are made scared and uncomfortable so that you yourself will leave the job out of frustration if you have self respect.......Read More
