Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is also average. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. And also give time to time salary.

They have very basic issues which clear and precise communication within management. Sr. Management works as per their whims and fancy. They do follow rules and regulations and are even considerate towards people but the place lacks decipline and learning.
