I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike in this college. other than being in the prime location it has also allowed me to work effectively and work with my fear of travelling in train.

Work Details

It was amazing working with a wonderful and easy going HOD of the department. In the beginning the travelling was super hectic and confusing as I never travelled so far from home but then I could adjust it all so well.
