Recently this company ventured into manufacturing by acquiring a financially sick company in Pune. However, the decision went wrong due to lack of manufacturing experience and poor market intelligence, since the company is basically into international trading. This benefitted the old management of the acquired company who have taken the new company KSPL for a ride misleading them to many unwanted investments without completing the acquisition process and not transferring the ownership till date....Read More
