Learning things, all if they allotted various machines to work can get experience with all types of works and machines physically. Activities like Kaizen, jit, ky etc it helps a lot. Medical and healthy safety and food Good.

Break time durations (480 seconds), for every 2 hours, Work physically hard, No support to work anywhere in plant, No cabs for fresher (dip),10k is not enough to live in Bangalore today's life, No pf and esi even I joined campus, and no guarantee for growth.
