Job security is the only thing positive about the company. Also company is good for customers which helps sales person to maintain relation with customers.

Very low salaries at middle and lower level. Also no scope for growth.

It is monotonous. Nothing new to learn. People are doing same work at lower level and middle level. Job security wise it is good. Management is also supportive and do not make unnecessary pressure.

Company's work culture is good. Also, at most of the times, company fulfill its commitments to customers which is very essential for sales person.

Dislikes

Salary's at lower level and middle level are very less in comparison to peer companies. Also annual increments are very less (in the range to 5-10% at lower and middle level and 2-5% for top level). Also work life balance is not there, there is no back up for any one in the company. There is no any professional growth in the company. No soft skill training.

I am working in Halol lcation since Aug 23 and very satisfied with the company, provided facility and benefits. Canteen facility is good, and bus facility is also good. Medical policy is 2+2+2 parents , spouse & 2 kids and included.

Some policis are needed to improve, but it is okey because company has started in Feb 23
