No Security , No working Culture because they don't have money to pay employees salary. His owner is not good person, they cheats employees life/career.

No training , No job security, No career growth, No appraisal, No TA/DA policy, because they don't have money to pay salary. They cheats good company employees for joining time, after that when the salary not comes then they realized that by joining this company we have made so many mistakes.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
