If you are working as mid senior level (8-12 yoe) then do not join this they can fire you once you have no active client project and currently they do not have much client project. They have only tiny projects and now they have started parallely 2 more organization named with InOrg and V4C.ai. They generally move people from Kipi to Inorg if they wanted to fire you.

- Very bad work life balance - I start my day at 11 AM and end around 12 AM night - Developers are always at stake, if anything goes wrong it will come on developer no one takes response - Since you are working from home you will be assigned to 2 projects simultaneously and you will have to work 4 hours on each project, if two projects are having critical deadline then God only should help you. - If you work 4 hours on each project it will be 8 hours, where is the lunch break here ?? - All the positive review you see here and other platforms is provided by interns and marketing team members....Read More
