Just like govt office timings and leaves..no PF no bonus.. Work culture is good. But in terms of salary increment there was much challenges.. No yearly increment.

This hospital is family hospital.KGMU don't have placement for Normal job seekers.they give jobs to their child like relatives. They don't care about knowledge.all the best for your treatment.
