Managers are absolutely unsupportive / uncooperative during your tenure and incase you are leaving, you are treated like an absolute enemy. Pathetic policies around WFH, leaves, notice period, etc. You are geo tagged to the office for 8.5 hours. Incase you spend less hours your salary is cut.
