It has many good things in this company like team support but only department vice and the seniors support guidance but as said it's also department vice.

It has very much office politics and the branch support with the Head office team is just like an formality they have there team whom only they Will support and also there is no respect for the Oprations teams work for the company.

Kinara Capital is a Fast growing company and I was very happy while working in Kinara Capital. Kinara encourages and provide opportunities internally for Manager Position. Flexible to Work.

Dislikes

The only negative review I can give is Location Constraint. Didn't get the opportunity in the native Hub Location whenever there's a vacant. The management doesn't allowed me to go to my native working location.
