Just like any other company, Kimberly clark has also supported its employees requesting employees to work from home.. there is a nominal allowance also provided to work from home, which is a good gesture.

Dislikes

some of the Specific function does not follow the over all Kimberly Clark Culture, the culture they bring is from their different industry but not consumer Industry and that will not really go well and will not go well with experienced resources who are from consumer industry cultre

A premium place to work ,and when u working in such place where all renounce brands are working together. I am a part of a team that's market knows about reliable ,high quality product,and has a global presence.I also like the acceptances of the company that colleagues are come from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Only things I noticed there is no on job training for fresher hence senior member has to guide step by step ,which is a pain sometime.
