Salary could be increased more . Appraisals could be done on a regular basis and proper briefing is necessary.

Work Details

The job is highly satisfying. Initially, I had to go through struggles as there wasn't any formal training session. However, over the time learnt everything on the job. I got a wide exposure on different roles at different times.
