Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

It's a MNC, but not able to support it's employees for even one month. Fired dozens of people at the initial stage of pandemic when other companies were looking for backup plans. And called themselves "MNC".No doubt Kidzania is a good place for kids. But hell for employees. Never ever join this company. I repeat NEVER.

Management is garbage. Trying to maintain a fake high standard image. But can't even support it's own people.

I learned a lot from KidZania. How to talk with visitors. How important it is to come to work on time. How to talk to children if they don't understand, how to explain to them. In kidzania everyone like seniors and upper management are very caring, they always helped me whenever i was wrong especially the cordinator. Kidzania is the best. Words are lost. I love kidzania🤗
