I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Working even you are on leave / holiday or sick. Middle management is the worst. Worst management within company. uprisal u never dream for considering moral or financial . reimbursement for travel expenses takes a month to credit.
