The company environment is good and open to develop new things and learn. Company growth is high. Company achieves 3 times greater target in 2017 and I am happy for being a part of this achievement.

Dislikes

Sometime work load is high and low, but disturbance and bombardaness about work is high from seniors . Due to this mind set disturb .And also by comparing to work experience and work load, salary is low.

Work Details

Working as a customer support executive, different knowledge got. I work on design software AutoCAD , major use of advance excel. Knowledge of SAP software to make sales order, quotation and mention material master. Major interaction with customer .

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
