It does make you think that the leaders are good here and have a vision- but it's rotten inside. Like a cancer, it is.

Business strategy looks dumb, no scope of growth, company fighting for its last few breaths at this death hour! 1. It currently has a run way of just over 20MM USD, however the CXOs claim it to be over 40 MM 2. People have been promoted to senior positions just because they have been an old resource in the company; however their incompetency at work lead to micromanagement and culture dip 3. It just wishes to raise another round; hope it gets few audits properly to understand the flaws it has in its lending systems 4. It claims the NPA to be <3.25%; however it seems to be well above 8.5% in reality 5. They have a strength of 350 employees and they laid off 45 employees (some of them they removed saying performance issues); lets take this to be around 60- now that's 1/6th of the population- however the company has apparently reported that number to be 700 and hence says it affected <5% of the population; lol xd...Read More

Very collaborative culture with easy to reach & relatively transparent leadership team. Scope of growth if someone stays for a longer duration.

Dislikes

Young leadership still figuring out what to do next so a lot of pivots & pilots in the journey. Have seen structural changes where prople have been asked to leave.
