The salary is reasonable and they privide it on time regularly, that's a good thing about them. Rest is same as most of the engineering institutions.

Dislikes

Low admissions is a reality today and it is with almost every engineering institution in India. So yes this is what I don't like but I can't blame them for this because engineering education is in recession now a days.

They have flexibility in work culture so one can take various types of responsibility to expand his work experience areas, if he or she really wish to. On time salary is another good thing as compared to other similar institutions.

Dislikes

It is situated atleast 25 km far from any good market or city. After 7 o clock in the evenings there is no conveyance facility, so if u r using their hostel , u need to have u own motor bike or take lift to go to nearest town which is somewhat 8 km from college.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
