Likes

Worst experience for work as service engineer in Kevin process Pvt ltd. Poor travel policy. No medical insurance for service engineer. HR response are very bad for service engineer. No increment policy . Bad working environment .

Dislikes

Service manager doesn't have to know how to manage team and customer also he doesn't have speaking skills . HR is always on management side . Travel policy is very poor for service engineer. They are treating service engineer as worker.

Likes

The company is a manufacturer of pharmaceutical machineries. The quality of machines are good. I get to travel abroad for my work. All visa and accommodation will be done by the company. I would like to work here.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but the growth is slow for the employees. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence seniors will help them for training.

Work Details

I am a service Engineer at this company. I have to travel across the country and also abroad. Installation, Commissioning and trial of pharmaceutical machineries is my work at site.
