Support from the authorities which is transparent , adequate staff support , mandatory continuous nursing education to update staff knowledge , staff appraisals are up to the point with salary hike and bonus every year, standard patient care can be delivered based on company policies and norms. Excellent infection control practices ensure both staff and patient safety .

Dislikes

There is a 2 year compulsive bond should be signed during joining along with a 30 000rs DD. In between if the candidate leaves the hospital neither experience certificate nor the amount paid will not be refunded by the company.

Work Details

Overall I enjoyed my job as a staff nurse in Kim's hospital Trivandrum. During the joining they will provide a one week orientation and induction training which will help the staff to know in more detail about the company's rules and policies.
