In my point of view there is no good about the company

Good team-mates, there is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues , they are paying half of actual salary , it's been 3years for me there is no role change , no career guidance, no hike . Taking same salary and doing same work from 3 years.

The job is quite interesting in the beginning but later very boring, there are 3rotational shifts per week , no proper benefits from the company to the employees our company is in transport services industry but not providing free travel to his employees.

Lot of new things you can learn like Rolling stock, Power supply to train, How to drive metro train, Good training schedule, Job security is high. In station operations we can learn about Automatic train supervision ATS. Our metro is CBTC model with latest technology.

My role is Station Controller currently, As a station controller I am responsible for every single action done at station level and will be answerable for the mistakes done by staff under me. Night shifts it becomes very hard to manage work load.
