A very good working environment during my tenure, an above average Salary range and a very good system in place as a whole

Dislikes

An are for review and improvement on its Career Development program as there is a lot of good engineers which stays as inspectors even they are qualified to work as engineer with their Qualification and experience but never got a chance to do so. Salary increment as per Annual Employees review to boost moral of its employees

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Really it is a very good company .Very good management from top to bottom level by taking more care for their staff.They normally select highly experienced persons to handle all types of jobs.Their motive is the safety and the client satisfaction and quality in general.Salary on time.Over all it is a very good company.Getting job in KEO is not easy.I worked there for 8 years.

Dislikes

No promotions or any increments even if your boss make appraisal and recommends for you.This is very sad.
