Kelley is good company and is growing very fast in India. The bosses are really helpful and understanding at the same time very demanding and makes you earn your salary the rightful way. I am presently in middle east and my operations manager then have trained me very well that I could sustain in my new role. Salary growth is betterthan the standard market growth. Keller will always respect your ideas and if it is a good one will always put into implementation however the small your position may be. Work life balance is difficult to get in keller, mainly because the projects are small compared to the big companies and only dealing as geotechnical experts, so there will be lots of transfers and its difficult tobe with your family. I was a quality site engineer at the site. Some sites were very easy going especially in stone columns and sand compaction but in anchoring and piling are the ones which are very hectic and there is no work life balance in these projects.
