But company cant bare the maternity of the employee happened with me they paid my maternity but after they fired me reason they dont have any answer when I asked that Why you are not placing me on my place is this because of my work answer was we dont have any issues with work your work was excellent but when i asked for the compensation for atleast three months because they just informed me 2days before my joining so while asking for the compensation in revert they send me termination letter in result.may be some looks,dressing & some other thing seniors want which i cant provide....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
