It's a good opportunity to work with q growing company and good thing was transparency from HO.

Very much interference from owner and HO representatives they always wants to know about each and every movement of site employees and they used to spy us from any source and job security was very less, any one can be fired any time.

Kcc is growing day by day and I am not much worry about my future in company. You can easily maintain personal life as usual

They don't give any benefits at all and travel allowance they don't bother about it but it's our right every company giving but y don't they I don't know
