Deutag is good.but management not good .too much corruption in Dammam base hr coordinator and hr department

No good management ( HR department) they terminate me without any reason. HR cordinator was planning 1 year rotation then terminate me

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as an assistant driller as i have to get all necessary equipment ready for operation, monitor gauges, measure tubulars, rig inspections etc. But i stay alert and carry out researches on drilling..

Since I joined for Seven years with KCA Oman operation everything is perfect for me. Improved more skills and knowledge about drilling maintenance work.

KCA Deutag, Oman is one of the best company in drilling operation.

Work Details

Its really challenging to work with KCA because I improved my knowledge in maintenance work. And if not because of Omanization I believe I'm still with KCA, Oman operations.
