It is a very good place to work on but i am not fully satisfied in job satisfaction and payscale what they are offering It helps all the members to work innovatively but there is an autocratic management style hurting many employees.

Line of Authority is too high Autocratic style of management Caste based politics are very high

Very hard work like lab particals, and also conduct tcs online exams, bitsat online exams, and tired party exams also condact but no income.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the head of the department, he gaid the management deferent directions, lost 2 years no increment, but i am leave the college.
