Though the university try to cater north east students to shine academically, the students are not attentive enough and they are not serious about their career (except a few). Faculties and support staff are good. In campus facilities should be increased. Facilities for faculty and staff is very less (no pf, gratuity, medical insurance etc). some old staff are holding back the university to grow due to their poor mindset and show their attitude with new people, though their skillet is very poor

Dimapur office Abhijeet will never come to office and will tell you to do his work. As per hr manual your TA is clearly mention but You will spend from your pocket for traveling fooding etc but you will never receive the amount before you receive you will be fired.

Worst university ever as an employee they take as a probation period for one year but before that, they kick out there employee. Reason I will tell you they verify the new location after that when they see they having good business from there they take all there leads from these employee and disable his all access link, I don't knowabout earlier management but presently they have worst management ever and forcefully asking you to give resign by giving remarks no activity, I have work for a period of 9 months and they did like these with me. And the students who take admission to that university all because of me from my location they just provide lead no activities, no marketing nothing but the main duty is that convincing student which I did and they advantage of these. The students of the university make working here worthwhile.

The management does not value it's staff. No work security and the university works on the Lala Culture. If you can keep the owners happy you will have a job. If not, you won't. The focus is not on educating but earning as much money as they can. Students are lied to so that they take admission. Once admission is taken they are fooled. The university is run at the whim and fancy of an uneducated and rude woman who reports directly to the owners and bosses the staff around. It's a family business. Potential staff are shown a rosy picture of the facilities provided by the owners and then once they arrive at the University they realise they have been lied to. As a result, staff are constantly leaving and the university has no retention. There is also no work life balance. These people want their staff to work 24x7 but will not pay a decent salary. A BTech / MBA graduate from their own University is paid as little as Rs. 7000/- per month. The biggest crook in the university is the marketing head. Big politics and lies to all admissions.
