One of the worst organisations to work with hire fire policy

Dimapur office Abhijeet will never come to office and will tell you to do his work. As per hr manual your TA is clearly mention but You will spend from your pocket for traveling fooding etc but you will never receive the amount before you receive you will be fired.

Worst university ever as an employee they take as a probation period for one year but before that, they kick out there employee. Reason I will tell you they verify the new location after that when they see they having good business from there they take all there leads from these employee and disable his all access link, I don't knowabout earlier management but presently they have worst management ever and forcefully asking you to give resign by giving remarks no activity, I have work for a period of 9 months and they did like these with me. And the students who take admission to that university all because of me from my location they just provide lead no activities, no marketing nothing but the main duty is that convincing student which I did and they advantage of these. I hope you guys understand about these. So, for students or employee if management is bad how can you survive. Thanks....Read More
